It looks like the data is still ok.
I recommend you try the following (after a backup)
1. Make a new region field with a key like my_custom_region
2. Export listings
3. Move the data from geodir_Region into the new region field
4. Import the listings
5. Delete the old region fieldTest that the issue is resolved
How does that sound?
That would require a customization as GDV1 Supreme is designed to support the GD Events plugin, not 3rd party plugins.

What else do I have to do to see the errors?
Both badge and gd post meta display the ID even when that option is selected. I am asking the developers about it now and they will let us know.
The sheet column headers must match, so, edit the CSV files and move the columns around until the match.
