The problem is in the German translation.
I have edited it. Once the change is approved you can update and it will be fixed, or you can search that string in your local translation file for DE and change it yourself.

You can also edit your local translation file and search that bad string then edit to be %%Title%%

there is an issue with the permalinks. The developers will take a look. Please share FTP in case they need it for debugging.
Thanks
Ah, I understand now.Replacement tags like that are for the titles and metas. They won’t work in free HTML inside the template.
Certainly you can insert some text in a
ptag in the archive item template.
You could also disable that feature in the Locations tab, so the links do not have the location in them. That is in:
GeoDirectory – Settings – Location – Show advanced

This reply has been marked as private.I just learned about this, myself!, added a doc for it here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/sorting/#featured-gd_listings
The best way to do that is with GD Listings, if I understand it correctly. Have you tried that?
That is in the customizer. You should contact the theme author or refer to the theme documentation for complete information.
The GD feature is using the Ninja Forms integration described here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/ninja-forms/Did you have an additional question about what I described above? This is how GD currently does what you are asking.
