This looks to be due to the timezone of the site. New business hours are being added as timezone -5. You can see that setting in the add listing page when you open up the business hours.
It is -5 because the site timezone is 4 hours off, and in daylight savings.
The developers will take a look and clear it up for us. Thanks for your patience as it is currently a holiday period.
In the meantime, have you considered changing the timezone so you can see how the business hours offset changes?>

August 14, 2019 at 12:47 am in reply to: Businesses Not Found on Location Change – But are found in search #502974Hello,
the Location page will always only show listings that are IN the location listed in the URL you are viewing.
On your site at /location/cherry-log/ that page will only show listings that are set IN that exact location.
You can check it by opening the Location database and seeing how many listings are IN that location at:
GeoDirectory – Settings – Locations (tab) – Cities – Cherry Log
Cherry Log has 1 listing (see attached screenshot).
Hello,

It will only appear to admins. In all cases the field is managed automatically by the price package settings but the date can be changed manually.
Admin only fields will only ever be visible to the site admins, frontend or backend editor.
If that is not what you are finding, please share the URL and the credentials we need to see the add-listing page and we will check out the issue.
Oh! Please share WP Admin credentials and the login URL in a private reply so we can check out that problem and find a fix.
Thanks
Yes, they can. If you are still running into a problem, please share WP Admin credentials and the login URL and we will check out the problem.
August 14, 2019 at 12:37 am in reply to: Why is my dashboard layout different from your video tutorials? #502967The video is for V1. V2 docs are here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/
Hello,
did you already add an example city and then export it to see the format?
It is not recommended to import all the cities beforehand. Instead they can be added as you go along because they are created automatically when the listings are added.
In some cases, if your city data differs from the Map API, you may get duplicates later on.

Hello,
I opened your CSV files and it looks like you used something besides Libre or Open Office.
Please try editing your import file with one of those because they will show you the file as your site will ‘see’ it and confirm whether the csv formatting is a problem.
We have a recommended import procedure here. Please take a look. For what you want to do, you should add some example listings to your V2 site, export those listings, and then merge your V1 listings into that same export file. Remember to leave out the post id if they are new listings.

Try that and let us know
When a site is moved the URL changes. That invalidates license status and the licenses will need to be deactivated and reactivated.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/installing-addons/#url-change
Inactive licenses will simply disable updates, though, not the plugins. If the location manager is disabled, or you do not have multilocations enabled, that could account for what you are seeing.
If you need geocoding during import, then make sure you don’t have any referrer rules added to your geocoding API key.
You have added a geocoding key? That can be found in
GD – Settings – General – Show advanced – geocoding key
Make sure it is not the same as the main API key.
Hope that helps
Great, glad you found a workaround!
