It could be that adding listings for that post type from the frontend is disabled.
Check in the CPT – Settings – General tab, Show advanced, disable frontend add.
If that isn’t the issue, please provide WP Admin credentials with login url in a private reply so we can take a look.
Hello,
I spoke too soon. We have a task to work on this but it has not yet been implemented. We will post an update here when available.
Not without a customization, sorry, only on the detail page of the listing itself
No, because we do not have complete access credentials.
Please also include a link to where you are seeing the problem.
This reply has been marked as private.Kiran’s snippet adds a class to the listing if there are no reviews, so that custom CSS can be used to hide any elements you don’t want to show if there are no reviews on the listing.
V1 snippets by and large will not work with V2.
In many cases common snippets have been integrated into new features for GDV2.
Generally speaking, we do not provide customization or support for customization here in the forum. We do strive to help with hiding features that are not needed, though, and most snippets or common CSS examples are limited to that domain, like Kiran’s snippet above. This is as opposed to changing how the functions of the software work, which is customization.
For more about customization, see this page:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/customizing/However, if you want to change the way the software works because the feature is not available right now you can get a snippet from a GD Expert here:
https://geodirectoryexperts.com/Hello,
You can also use a GD Post Back to create a custom “Read more” link.
When you adjust the GD Post Content options you can set the read more option to ‘0’ to leave out the link.Watch this video too for an overview of how to personalize your site: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/personalize/
Hi Mark,
you have another ticket open for the map issue. Let’s close this one and you can open a new topic for new issues.
Thanks
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/hi-getting-issue-with-map/#post-478860Hi,
When you make a support request you can make it possible for us to help you as quickly as possible by always following up on your topic with an immediate private reply that includes all the access info we may need to login and debug the issue on your site.
You don’t have to do this, but it can save a couple of email exchanges. Like, in your above replies, you kinda left out the site URL.
Try posting them in the following format so they are easy to read and find in the topic. Keep the info handy for copy paste and you can’t go wrong 🙂
WordPress Administrator Account Credentials
WP Admin Login URL:
Username:
Password:SFTP / FTP Credentials
Host URL:
Port:
Username:
Password:Also, when you are working on the site and expecting us to login and take a look it would help greatly if you could disable your security and cache plugins. You should disable cache anyways if you are making changes to the site and want to see the results on the public side.
Thanks for your understanding

https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/support/Also in case you missed it, the instructions for upgrade to GDV2:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/upgrade-from-gdv1/Hi Luca,
sorry, it’s not an easy fix or we would have integrated the fix into GD already. A developer might be able to accomplish it.
Right, add the subscriber role to the settings at:
GD – Settings – General – Restrict WP AdminOpen the GD Detail template
WP – Pages – Search for “gd”, select Edit
Add/edit the GD Post Images element
See the video: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/personalize/V1 snippets by and large will not work with V2.
In many cases common snippets have been integrated into new features for GDV2.
However, if you want something custom that isn’t available as a design element right now, you can get a new snippet (or have an old one updated) by a GD Expert here:
https://geodirectoryexperts.com/To do it yourself you can see:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/customizing/In the case of what you want to do, one way to go about it is to add a new custom shortcode that would:
1. Output the results of GD Post Address
2. Insert that into a GD Post Badge
3. Use a custom shortcode to insert that into the chosen templateThat requires a customization but is very much achievable and with less work than in V1.
I am not sure what your objective is. If there is data worth saving, then you would need to merge the new post ids into your doc and import them. Again?
