When it is released you can update through the plugins page.
The options available are in the CPT settings, linked above.
You can of course add a menu link to a search results URL for a field value.

The form itself is only available if comments are enabled.

That listing, the comments were disabled. You will need to enable comments for each listing through the backend edit screen, and then enable comments on all new listings by changing the settings at

GD – Settings – General – Design – Detail – Page template file override
Select the page template you want in that setting and let us know how it goes. If there is still an issue please share WP Admin and FTP so we can dig deeper.
