It looks like you have not updated Directory starter.

Choose twentysixteen or another theme.
Delete directory starter
Install Directory Starter V2+
Activate Supreme directory V2+

Run setup wizard again

If you want to limit the number of images uploaded to the normal post images field, then you must apply the settings in the price package.

Using V1 visit the Pricing Manager settings, and adjust the package settings to set the image limit to 1

Try the 2.5+ version of Payment Manager instead.
The 2.0 version goes with GD 1.6+
The 2.5 version goes with GDV2+

That would require a customization, but I will flag your topic for the developers in case they can provide a quick example.
