Why do you want to remove the default location?

Default location is required. Location ID is set automatically based on the lat lon and results from the Map API. You can merge listings into a location https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-merge-locations/

Can you provide a screenshot of the error?
I don’t see it, but I do see that the gd-home page is working.

Have you tried adjusting the options at

GD – Multilocations – Add location in URL

After you make a change, also resave WP permalinks at

WP – settings – permalinks – save

If we will need to take a look, please make a private reply and include WP Admin details.

You need to upgrade Directory Starter theme to 2+ also
