Hello,
make sure you have BP installed, and have downloaded the V1 version of BP integration.
If you are still seeing a problem, please write back with WP Admin credentials and your login URL in a private reply so we can check your settings.
If the claim is not approved, they cannot edit the listing.
The email is as you say, and the user simply sees a confirmation on the screen.
The way it works is that they verify their email (which must match the listing email), the claim is approved, and they can view the listing and edit it.
We have a test written up here you can try:

January 8, 2019 at 9:33 pm in reply to: City not added to locations when adding from frontend "Add Place" #462233That did not happen when I tested from the frontend.
I will ask someone else from our team to try it to see if they can recreate the error.
Invoicing is not installed.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/prices-and-payments-add-on-overview/#gatewaysYou can remove the GeoDirectory stripe addon. That is no longer in use. If you want to have paid listings, with WP Invoicing, you will need WP Invoicing gateways: https://wpinvoicing.com/downloads/category/gateways/
When you convert to V2 you can do this with a gd_post_badge
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/design-elements/#gd_post_badge
Until we have an image limit as a feature you could us a selector like this to limit it:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/common-examples/#gd_post_images
Not sure what you mean, but, that is not a feature of GD. Have you tried our https://UsersWP.io ?
The integration makes the field accessible, even if it is not shown publicly. The package settings control whether the contact form is visible. If email is included in the package, then the contact form is visible.
You can follow the docs here to add the contact form:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/ninja-forms/#contactHi,
I logged in. I don’t see the email log plugin, and we can’t troubleshoot without an email log to see.
You have BP doing registration and another plugin working with emails. I recommend you check those plugins and perhaps disable them to see if you still have an issue.
Please see:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/email/You are most welcome
I have flagged your topic for the developers to see if there is a workaround.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#business-hoursGD Top shows only on GD pages, the same for the other widget areas prefixed with “GD”.
I will flag this for the developers to let us know if, with DS, it should show on the Front page also. They will let us know as soon as they take a look about how to get a full width map on fhte DS Front page.
Great!
