1. Link not working. UsersWP profiles are at /profile/ which should give a link to edit listings.
2. Yes, but pricing packages can limit the number of categories, so, check those package settings.
3. Each package has a setting for the status of paid listings. You can set them to “Published”. However, the paid status is only engaged once the order is completed. WP Invoicing automatically completes orders for GD items, but WooCommerce does not, so WC orders will need to be marked completed, after which the listing status will be adjust as per the Package Paid Listing Status setting.Hi,
You can try disabling non-GD addons to see if one of them is causing a conflict with WP Easy Updates.
please share WP Admin so we can check on the issue and find a solution.January 4, 2019 at 11:04 pm in reply to: Help for understanding the Listing & Payment process #4615831. WP Invoicing does show pending invoices. Have you added the WPI menu items? If the listing is not yet paid, then it will be in draft mode, and not accessible/editable.
2. When you set status for paid listings, you can choose draft for paid listings. When a new order comes in you would then review the listing and publish it yourself. You can change paid listing status in the Pricing Settings.
3. There is an option in Claim manager, Force an upgrade to complete the claim listing procedure. If this is checked, payment happens before the claim is finally submitted. If unchecked, the claim request approved email informs of the listing URL so they can go upgrade.https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/claim-listings-add-on-overview/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/prices-and-payments-add-on-overview/V2 is much the same, but with more options. When do you plan to convert?
January 4, 2019 at 10:53 pm in reply to: FlexSlider on single listing page not working in Chrome. Works in Safari and IE. #461582This reply has been marked as private. If you go to
GD , Settings, Import/Export
and then export the places CSV, that’s what it ought to be compared to. They have to match exactly.
Also, Excel can cause formatting issues…cautions are listed here :
If you are talking about the GD Home page, then you can add a GD Home Map Widget to the GD Home widget areas.
To add listings outside of the default location you will need the Location Manager Addon
https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/Hello,
did you already export from the V2 site? If you have added a listing there then the export will give you a CSV that is properly formatted.
Your settings sound correct, so it is probably an issue with the CSV format. The order is set down for you in the export file, and your data will need to merge into that format without changes to columns.
I was referring to this set of functions: https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference/login_redirect
It sounds like you have a solution, though, and GeoDirectory V2 leaves the login/register forms to other plugins like UsersWP, so if you have additional issues with login or register please report them at https://userswp.io/support
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Gary,
did you want to share the site URL?
Have you removed the premium addons? No, GDV2 does not provide any login or registration forms.
What you can do is send users to your site’s login form, with a redirection to the add listing page. To do that you make a custom link likehttp://mysite.com/login?redirect_to=https://mysite.com/add-listing
Hope that helps
Please provide FTP for further debugging
