You are not the first to migrate to another server, but you are the first to loose all default custom fields that I know off.
I’ll get the developers to have a look at your last question, maybe they have an idea how to re-add the default custom fields without having to start again. You’re welcome 🙂
Have a look at this article: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
Thanks.1. Make sure you are not on a managed WP server:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/#wp
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-caching-plugin-can-i-use/2. The BuddyPress pages are not affected by anything GD does, the only things that affect those pages are BuddyPress and your theme, Divi.
Divi’s style does not seem to apply mobile media CSS to buddypress pages.3. You somehow managed to delete all the default fields of Places (charities) settings. You should never delete these, but you can set them to inactive. You will have to create a new custom post type and delete all listings in Places.
You would need to re-design the template to remove the map, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/
To add more listings, have a look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-change-the-number-of-listings-per-page/
In future, please start your own topics, adding to resolved topics of others might mean we miss your question. Thanks.
You’re welcome 🙂
I think you can do that with the GD > CPT categories widget, if I understand you correctly.
Well spotted !
Thank you, fixed now.
Have a look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/buddypress-integration-add-on-overview/
Let us know if there is anything else you want to know.I guess you added a GD Map Listings widget to the detail sidebar. Set that widget to the zoom level you want, and not to auto-zoom.
Post your admin details in a private reply if we need to check your settings.
4. No, that is not possible.
Another option is to add the switcher somewhere in a widget using the switcher shortcode:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-shortcodes/#tab
See image5. Correct, at least in the majority of browsers and devices.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/adding-a-ssl-certificate-to-your-website/I see now.
I’ll have to have the developers have a look at this, that is a bug I can replicate on my test site.It seems to be quite random: a new CPT I just created works fine, some others don’t, and I cannot find any differences in setup between them.
1. When adding a new listing in the backend from a CPT other than place or event, and save as draft, a link to preview the new listing is added on the top of the page.
2. The link created is like this
/?post_type=gd_newcpt&p=2222%2F&preview=true3. When accessing that link, the browser starts looking for that URL, then drops the
&preview=truebefore giving a 404.
You can just drag the marker on the map, the system will fill in the address.
The correct URL should be https://www.mybersite.fr/places/ecoles-de-danse/ but I cannot check your site, it cannot be reached for the moment.
