You’re welcome 🙂
You’re welcome 🙂
Have a look at the end of your client ID. You copied and pasted too much of the Client ID.
For what it’s worth, it works just fine for me.
This explains how to merge locations: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-merge-locations/
See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/definitions/#locationI added some CSS at GD > design > scripts.
Please check.
You seem to have copied the Whoop stylesheet to your child theme, with the result that the references to the images are now incorrect.
The image that needs to load there is at
http://www.mibusinessguide.com/wp-content/themes/GeoDirectory_whoop/library/images/whoop-star2.png
but is looking for
http://www.mibusinessguide.com/wp-content/themes/whoop_child/library/images/whoop-star2.pngYou will have to correct Whoop as the parent theme and whoop-child as the child theme.
Firstly, wait a few days until the final version comes out, Supreme is still in beta.
1. Back up your current theme files, especially functions.php and style.css of your child theme if you made any customizations. Make a note of anything you want to remember in your menu and widgets.
2. Install Directory starter but do not activate
3. Install Supreme and activate.
4. You will have to redo your menu and review your widgets, and reconnect the menu at GD > design > NavigationThis reply has been marked as private.I am not sure I understand.
You should not be able to install the same plugin twice.
The free core plugin does not need a license, only the add-ons do.1. The marker was not on the right spot in the listing.
2. Please read my reply again:
You can add the Popular Cateegories widget. That will only show categories for the selected location. I added it below the CPT Categories widget so you can see the difference.
and see the image.
3. That is because the restaurant is only in the subcategory “restaurants”, but not in the category “places to eat”.
The location pages all start with http://www.kolk.com.au/location/
You can change that by changing the slug of the page: http://www.kolk.com.au/location/I guess you have set “business” at GD > Permalinks > Listing url prefix and/or as slug for the CPT.
I am not sure I answered the question, so let me know if you need anything else.
I turned off WordFence caching: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-caching-plugin-can-i-use/
All your widgets have gone. I just added the map back to the GD Home Top section.
Your directory homepage has to be set the same as the location page if you want to use a WP page for the site’s homepage: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home
Your directory page is now at /location
If you want to create new categories, go to Places > Place Categories and add a new one. See image.
If you want to add the listing to more categories, navigate to the listing and choose to edit, then select more categories.
Hi Nate, I just replied.
Can you post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, then we can investigate.
