Have a look at the “publish” options in the sidebar when you edit a listing in the backend. One of the options is “Closed down”.
ThanksYou have to follow the suggestions from your map API.
Whatever region is assigned by your map API is the region to be used.
ThanksThere’s no need to connect the app.
Delete everything except the tick in the “Enable Direct URL Parse” box and just save the settings.
ThanksAnother team member checked too and the FTP does not work.
Please test before re-posting.
ThanksOctober 10, 2019 at 4:45 am in reply to: Is it possible to do a manual review through the backend? #5124331. That is only an example. To get the correct format for your site, you should export first from your site.
2. You can import reviews. Have a look on the import/export page.
If we need to check anything, then share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check on it.
Thanks
You’re welcome
October 10, 2019 at 2:09 am in reply to: Changing the order of place categories on a location page #512414Applies to both. But sub-categories will be ordered under the parent, in the same way the parents are ordered.
ThanksYou are not using the correct UsersWP codes on the page.
I fixed the one on the login page.
Please check the other UsersWP pages.
ThanksYou have renamed the regions from “Auckland” to “Auckland Region” in the city location settings.
Your locations have to be consistent with the Google Maps API, which treats “Auckland Region” as a different region than “Auckland”.
You are restricting locations to 2 regions that do not exist according to Google, so you will not be able to add any extra locations.I suggest you drag the marker on the map for each city to the correct location before re-saving the location.
You will see that “Auckland Region” changes to “Auckland”.
Ditto for Wellington.Thanks
I cannot log in to the original site so please check the password, but …
– There is not photos (sorry to not understand your instruction)
You have to download all the images from the old site and then upload to the new site, from the wp-content/uploads folder.
– The location (city) are wrong from my listing (174 places)
It looks like you did not activate the Location Manager until after the upload.
– When I click on a link place, I got “not found”
You have no categories assigned. I guess that the IDs are different in the old site. You should adjust the exported CSV file before import to fix the category IDs.
Thanks
October 10, 2019 at 1:09 am in reply to: Changing the order of place categories on a location page #512407You can only order them by “count” [categories with most listings first] or alphabetically.
ThanksYou have set
GD > Settings > General tab > Show Advanced > Allow posting without logging in? > YES
so an account will be created as part of the listing submission. If you want to force account creation first, then set that option to NO.
Thanks
If you are using UsersWP:
Add links to user listings here:
UsersWP > Addons tab > GeoDirectory sub-tab > CPT listings in profile
and then
UsersWP > General tab > Profile sub-tab > Choose the tabs to display in ProfileThanks
You do not need an extra plugin to redirect the login page. Have a look at UsersWP > General tab > Login sub-tab > Login Redirect Page
You can redirect the Login page to their Profile page, and then add all listings there:
UsersWP > Addons tab > GeoDirectory sub-tab > CPT listings in profile
and then
UsersWP > General tab > Profile sub-tab > Choose the tabs to display in ProfileThanks
Can you please test those FTP details before re-posting the correct ones. Thanks
