Did I misunderstand you?1. Export the listing and use the same location settings. If not, you will create a duplicate location in your database. You need to use the data suggested by the Google Map API.

One option is to use categories and subcategories. Custom Post Types are best used if you have a good reason for it, like different pricing or custom fields.

The maps will never show all CPTs at the same time. But your CPTs should be listed down the bottom of the map so you can switch CPT displayed.
