That depends if you give them back end access or not.
Authors can add posts from the backend if y give them access.You will loose your changes that way. If you don’t want to loose your translations in the next update, the only correct way is to follow the instructions I linked to.

Can you post your URL and admin details please.

2. Searches cannot be sorted, only category pages can.
Related listings are not search results, they are a number of listings filtered by some parameters.Then you have to upload the Buddypress Integration plugin and activate it.

I guess you could hide the slider and show all tab content at the same time, then your photos will display outside the photo tab.

It looks like you have customized your location template and put the sidebar within the content section. Or one of your other plugins is breaking things. I’ll get Paolo to have a look too.
