Make sure you have not shared your location, or if you have make sure to navigate to http://www.tradesrater.com/location/ to clear the set location.
You should get the correct result if you search for bob there.https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-can-i-clear-geo-location-settings/
Every location on earth has a lat and a lng: http://www.latlong.net/
You cannot import listings without a lat and a lng if the CTP requires an address:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#mandatoryYou can do imports in as many stages as you like.
Too easy 🙂
November 27, 2015 at 6:37 am in reply to: Can users who have posted a listing comment on reviews? #616381) That is only possible if you use the Whoop theme, the setting is at Whoop Options > Review Settings > Enable author comment on reviews? > Enable
Can you post your ULR and admin details so we can have a closer look. Thanks.
And some links to the listings you have problems with. as well as the details of the package. Are you saying that you have a CSV file that you downloaded from your site and it gives that error?
Or did you try to open your existing CSV file with OpenOffice – because that might be the error.
You need to use OpenOffice to create the CSV file, not convert from another format or program. If you provide a link to your site and WP admin details in private reply, it might be faster to help you.
Also upload the CSV file somewhere on your site with FTP and give us a link to the CSV file.Hi Dougie
It is very important you follow the steps at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/#facebook exactly. You can always delete the app you already created and start again. Thanks for letting us know.
You only need to change it in the GeoTravel child theme functions.php.
Because that is a child theme, any update of the Genesis framework will not affect any changes you make in the GeoTravel child theme. The Buddypress integration addon is to integrate Buddypress with GD, so it has not been explicitly stated there. The document starts like this: “If you are planning to use BuddyPress with GeoDirectory”.
The instructions at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/buddypress-integration-add-on-overview/ are only to set up the GD-BP addon and the configuration information does not include how to set up BuddyPress. We night just make it clearer on that page that the plugin does not include BuddyPress.
You’re welcome 🙂

https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/dos-and-donts/GD lists only work with the Whoop theme, not Avada:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/geodirectory-lists-overview/Your theme’s CSS has copied the CSS from the GD core plugin, and has lost the reference to http://www.yourlocalconnect.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-assets/images/new.png
In http://www.yourlocalconnect.co.uk/wp-content/themes/weaver-xtreme-child/style.css
just delete.geodir_new_listing { background: url(../images/new.png) no-repeat scroll left top transparent; right: 0; position: absolute; text-indent: -9009px; top: 0; height: 24px; width: 24px; margin-top: -5px; margin-left: 5px; }or change the reference to the image.
Hi Leia, I think not all your GD plugins are the latest versions. Make sure you use the latest of ALL GD plugins.
Please post your ULR and WP admin details in a private reply if you need us to review your setup. -
