All your GD pages were missing. I restored them at GD > GD Tools.
And your permalinks were not set correctly, they need to be set to postname; I fixed it for you.

The way the default settings of GD work, is that a new user can add a listing at the same time as registering in a simple 2 step process: register and submit: no need to activate or verify accounts, that is as simple as it can be.Can you explain what fields you want to move?

The category box is only for location/city pages; you should use the GD Listings Map widget for Listings/category pages.

Please clarify with URLs on your siteto show what you mean. I do not think you are talking about search pages, but Listings/category pages. They are auto-created when you add a GD category.
