1. GD pages are mainly controlled by widgets and at GD > design.
If you want to change the templates: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/2. You had hidden all categories at GD > design > map > SHOW / HIDE POST TYPE AND CATEGORY ON MAP
You also are only using the main section on the GD Home/location pages, so you cannot add any widgets to the top, bottom or sidebar(s).
Make sure to CTRL and F5 if you can’t see any changes. That forces a hard reload. And turn off caching while working on changes.
I’ll set this to resolved. You will need 1.3.8 multilocation with 1.5.1.
You should only update your core GD plugin if you are able to update all your GD addons.https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-is-the-best-way-to-update-the-gd-plugins/
Probably happened as you deleted locations. They cannot be retrieved, sorry, unless you have a backup.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-merge-locations/
Only one CPT will show on the location map at the time.
Only categories of the same CPT will show at the same time.
Can you show us a link where Places and Events show on the same location map?1. This should get you on the way:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/2. I think you have no maps showing because you did not add any map widgets to the GD pages.
If you post your admin details in a private reply, we will have a quick look to get you on the right track.3. If you’re looking for a hand with setting up your site, you can post your requirements at https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/forum/geodirectory-jobs/
Is that listing live? I cannot find it anywhere on your site.
That depends on the theme you use. You seem to use GDF Modern, so in that case you add it to the “GD Details Page” section.
The current version is 1.3.8.
You do not get an error message that your GD password or username is wrong? What is your setting at
GD > Design > Listings > Description word limit ?Not sure what you mean.
Do you want different map markers (icons)?https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/where-can-i-find-map-markers/
Setting the width to 19% in the widget would have fixed it (you have to allow for margins).
But I added some CSS at GD > design > scripts for you that should fix it too. This reply has been marked as private. That should not happen with the latest version. The HTML stripping was fixed. Are you using the latest GD?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/change-logs/#v1.5.1
Popular post view widget is no longer stripping HTML in the excerpt – FIXEDTo add YouTube videos without any problems, you should use the special video custom field.
WP does not like iframes in posts. This reply has been marked as private. -
