We would need to see the CSS issue on your actual site, so can you please provide a URL (you can do that in a private reply if you like – provide admin details too).
You should not set the map height using CSS, but in the GD map widgets. You can set your map zoom to a zoom level you like, and disable auto-zoom. That might be suitable for you, depending on your listings.
July 19, 2015 at 10:18 pm in reply to: Click on Listing Leads To BuddPress Members Page Instead of Listing #46181You can ask GoDaddy to move you to their normal servers or probably best to one of their managed VPS plans. That would be the simplest.
99.9% of normal hosting plans are compatible with GD, but none of WordPress managed services are.I alerted Giri for you, so he can look at your questions and this can be fixed in the next version.
But WP settings are still m/d/Y ?
We are going to need URL and admin details, and specifics of where you see this (URL of listing and user etc).
1. Permalinks were not set to “postname”, I fixed that.
2. Suggestion: You should not create categories for locations, GD automatically organises all listings by location and then you should use the location switcher.
See here for an example, look for the red item in the menu “change location”:
http://www.2cv.com.au/directory/
3. I cannot pinpoint the problem with your missing categories, but there are a fair few plugins that could be giving you conflicts. Because it is a live site, I have not turned any of them off to try to find the problem.I’ll hand this to Paolo, he might have a better idea.
And what is the username?
The image you posted has the m/d/Y format ?? What are you expecting?I cannot see any distances displayed, but I guess that might have something to do with the fact I am nowhere near the UK …
Screenshot? Can you post your admin details in a private reply, then we will have a look for you.

But I notice your location pages are not working and cannot get them sorted. Most likely the aggressive caching of your GoDaddy Managed WordPress setup.
Please review this post:

You can select Claim feature per CPT at GD > Listing Claims > Choose post types for show claim listing link
I am not sure how to remove reviews from one post type only, I’ll get one of the others to have a look at your question.
Have you set your time correctly at Settings > General > Time Format?
That should be all you have to do if you have the latest versions. Thanks for letting us know, it has been fixed now:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/whoop-theme-overview/ now links correctly to https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/themes-creating-a-menu/Well done 🙂
