That is not an option with the GD Events addon, apart from sorting your Events page by date.
There are no known conflicts with GD and the Events Calendar, but you cannot use both GD Events and the Events Calendar.

Have you deleted the validation pattern, and the validation error message?
If you want to use a non-standard Price field, I suggest to create a new TEXT field instead of trying to change the default Price field.Thanks
There is no need to remove that.
You can remove the Admin notifications here:
GD > Settings > General tab > Developer sub-tab > Enable admin hints > Clear the check-box.Thanks
1. Get PoEdit: https://poedit.net/
2. Move this file
/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/languages/geodirectory-en_US.po
to
/wp-content/languages/plugins/geodirectory-en_US.po3. Edit the file with PoEdit on your local machine
4. Upload the 2 new files that are created:
