What theme are you using?
Just try to give us a bit more detail, so we can get back to you.

Unless a user is logged in, they cannot get to your ADD LISTING form.
Have you created different price packages?
Have you set “New listing default status” to Publish in GD > design > listings?

Give us your WP-admin details if you can’t work it out.

I have set your WP permalinks settings to postname, and made sure you have the latest plugin.
I think the trouble is that you created locations before you set the WP permalinks settings to postname.
The problem with that is that “New York” becomes “new%20york”, but it should be “new-york”.
You probably have to go and delete and re-create some locations that have 2 words in them.
Let us know if you have more trouble after that.

Roger, that URL will never be accessible by any link from your website, and you will not be able to add a listing that way.

You can check whether you have the latest by looking at the current version number of the plugins in your Downloads area here, and then comparing with the version number in /wp-admin/plugins.php

Ok, now that we know what we want to achieve, here goes:

1. Setting up Multilocation:
   Go to WP admin > Geodirectory > Multilocations > review the setting and choose the appropriate ones; you can always come back and change.
   Suggested settings:
   Show location switcher in menu: YES
   Home Page Results: 2nd option
   Country: if your site is only for NL, then choose the 1st option; if you want all countries, choose the 2nd, and if you want a selection of different countries, use the third option.
   Always say YES if this option becomes availabel: “Add everywhere option in location switcher country dropdown.”
   Region and City: same.
   Save your changes
2. Setting up Place categories:
   Go to WP admin > Places > Place categories
   You might already have some categories there from when you imported the dummy data; you can just rename them or delete them and create new ones.
   You will have to upload an icon, which you can choose from Media or upload a new one.
3. Creating listings (places):
   Go to WP admin > Places > Add new place
   Enter title, description, pick one or more categories, add an address (depending on the settings above, this might be restricted to NL only etc), add anything else you like, and click on Publish.
4. Adding your map to the home page:
   Go to WP Admin > Appearance > Widgets
   Add the GD>Gmap-Home page widget to GD Home Top Section, and change the settings to suit.
   Suggested settings are: map width 100%, Map Auto Zoom YES, Collapse child/sub categories NO, Enable mouse scroll zoom YES

I would not be too worried about that, even bbpress gives that warning.
It might well be that Codestyling has not been updated for quite some time.
