You cannot have a contact form with GD V2 unless you use Ninja forms:

By default, emails of authors are never displayed, so I guess you have added an email custom field?
You can add the contact form by adding the GD > Ninja Forms widget to the Detail page sidebar.

Restrictions are best set to HTTP referrers, in this format:
*.mydomain.com/*If you do not restrict it to your domain then everyone else can use your key and your billing account.

If you added your membership license at
GD > Extensions > Membership tab,
then you should be able to add the addons from
GD > Extensions > Addons tabDo you have previous versions installed?
You can also delete any old ones using FTP and then upload the new ones. Make sure to delete first if you do it that way.Open the Advanced Settings, see image.

You mean other than the default “get directions” option, see image?
Or the “GD > Get Directions” widget?
If you disable addresses, then there is nothing adress related you can add. Street addresses are required, but they can be anything like “My business city”.
So you can drag the marker to somewhere in the city, then add “My business city” in the street address field and save.Thanks
You had turned off maps at GD > Settings > General tab > Show Advanced > Maps API.
I set that to automatic now. Please check. Thanks
