Just a few notes so you can make up your mind:
1. There is no reason to delay to either start a new site with V2 or convert an existing one. V2 is very close to being all finalised.
2. You cannot export from V1 and import direct into V2 without making adjustments to the CSV files. V1 and V2 use different database structures.

You need to add a map to that page.
Is this a separate WP installation from the main site? There is no need for that, but that is up to you.
You can just add GD to the main site and use your Divi theme if you like.I suggest you run the setup wizard again, that will add the map where you want it.

Start directly with V2 for new sites, do not install V1 first.
ThanksSorry, but that is not possible, you would get broken links while the listing goes off-line.
But you can make sure you are notified of any edits so you can check them:
GD > Notifications > Admin Emails tab > Notify Admin when listing edited by Author > YES.Thanks
Remove the maps from all templates, and hide the address field with CSS.
