Set the “GD > Search” widget to “Always Open”.
And make sure Directory Starter is updated to 1.1.6.
Let us know how that goes.
Thanks
The easiest is with CSS, or otherwise you will have to change the template of that page.
It is theme specific if I understand the screenshot correctly.
Giving us a URL always allows us to give you better information. Thanks
The front page shows all markers.
But you are redirecting the page at GD > Advanced Search > First time load redirect > Redirect to nearest location (on first time load users will be auto geolocated and redirected to nearest geolocation found).
That means that the page goes to a “city” only.
Turn that setting off if you do not like the redirect. You can also change GD > Multilocations > Home page should go to > Site root (ex: mysite.com/) so it is easier for visitors to go back to the home page.
Thanks

[gd_listings title="Featured Events" post_type="gd_event" event_type="all" layout="gridview_onefifth" post_limit="5"]https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/
Thanks
Looks better, except for the region, see image.
Best is to try import say 5 only, if that works then you should be fine.Only if you add a manual link to the category in the other site, in the same way as you link any text in a post or page.
Correct, only the first/featured image for each listing is added to the media.
Thanks
Please see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/definitions/#location
There is no need to add any locations there, they are auto-added when adding listings.
Thanks
If you want to limit searches to within a category, you can add the categories to the search bar, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/
You will need the Advanced Search addon.
Thanks
All images are in /wp-content/uploads
Thanks
attoreysin.findlaylocalguide.com and findlaylocalguide.com cannot be connected at all, they will be just like 2 different sites.
You can link manually from the one site to the other if you like. Thanks
1. If you want to add new listings, you should not add Post IDs: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#import
2. The file is tab limited, not comma limited. Resave with comma as a delimiter.
Thanks
