You cannot use the same page for your GD Homepage and Location pages, I corrected that.
If you want to use neighborhood pages, you need to enable them at GD > Multilocations > Wish to enable neighbourhoods ? YES

The permalink structure is for the detail pages only, not for Listings or Location pages.

Some of your custom fields are not showing because they are not allowed for the price packages you created.
You also only have one active package, and that does not allow any custom fields at all, see image 1.
To allow the fields, you need to select them as in image 2.
You can also allow the fields by selecting the package in the custom field settings at GD > Listing Settings, see image 3.
