You need to remove all your custom CSS, the header is taking the full height of the page.
Especially this CSS needs deleting:.site-header {min-height: 800px;}Turn off the Listings Top section as well.

If you want people to just select a category, then try these widgets: Popular Categories or CPT Categories.
