You have 404s because your listings have no category assigned; every listing needs at least one category.

All your listing URLs seem to be manually created, instead of being auto generated from the listing name. So the composition of your URLs is not done by GD.

It looks like you think you need to create extra pages. All GD pages are automatically created.

The Facebook import works for older setups
It works for new setups too if and when Facebook approves your request; that’s the issue. It works but only if Facebook approves it for you and we have no control over that.
We are looking at ways that can bypass their very slow approval process.

The addon works fine for Yelp.

Please have a look at
GD > General > General tab > Select CPT to disable physical location

Make sure that you enter something for the front title for the address fields at GD > Place settings > Custom fields > Address

If that is not the problem, then post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look at your settings.
