Yes, GoDaddy is known to kill the emails with that subject line before they are sent.

Try changing the default subject “Website Enquiry” to something more specific at GD > Notifications > Other emails > Email enquiry
Some hosts’ spam settings are so high they trash emails with that subject.

The directions will work if you select from the Google suggestions. Google’s API can be a bit limited in some areas, but you may find sometimes that typing the address different will assist Google from suggesting an address.
Also, you need to add a SSL certificate, only HTTPS sites can share your location.

No, that is not possible. Some users may have more than one listing, and others may have none.

Because if you go to the food section for the location the URL will be already
