I think you will find the info here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/linking-events-to-places/
If I understand correctly, all you are trying to do is add the events at a venue to a tab for that venue. But maybe I misunderstood …
If you change GD > permalinks, you also then need to change WP Settings > Permalinks
The password does not work anymore, so I cannot check again.
The Featured option is only available if you have the Pricing Manager installed.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/pricing-manager/Do you have that installed? Thanks
A sub-site of a network is a separate site, even if using a subdomain setup, a folder setup or a domain mapping setup.
I’ll get the developers to have a look at your question too.
ThanksJanuary 27, 2018 at 1:28 am in reply to: Search box on category pages disappears on smaller screen #414566I added this CSS at GD > Design > Scripts > CSS:
@media (max-width: 992px) { .sd.archive.geodir-page .geodir_advance_search_widget, .sd.search.geodir-page .geodir_advance_search_widget { display: initial; }}Let us know if that solved it.
I can see it perfectly fine:
DOMAIN/location/united-states/pennsylvania/philadelphia/Maybe you are looking at a non-city page? Neighbourhoods only show on city pages.
Thanks
See step 7 of the Facebook setup: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/#facebook
You need the Application ID and App Secret, not the Author ID.Thanks
I flagged your question for Stiofan. Thanks
No, there is no such option. Please also note that you need to log in with your current membership to get support for a site with any other GD plugins than the free GD core plugin:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.
Thanks
January 27, 2018 at 1:01 am in reply to: Place Custom Fields – description and also linefeed #4145581. Just add this CSS:
.post_address .geodir-i-location {display: none;}2. That can only be done using the language files. See images.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/Thanks
That is not how it should be. Can you post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can check your settings? Thanks
WP pages have no idea what location you set, so that info is lost.
One option is to use GD pages only, but I guess that is quite restrictive.
I’ll get the developers to have a look, if I remember correctly there is some coding work around. Thanks
There is no setting for that, but I will get the developers to look at your question too. Thanks
That is only possible on a GD page, WP pages do not pick up the location like you say. Thanks
The easiest to do that is add the Location Switcher to the menu: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/multilocations/#main
Also available as a shortcode to stick in a text widget: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-shortcodes/#tab
You can also add this shortcode to a WP page: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-shortcodes/#switch
This may also work for you: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#near
I think you are over-complicating it, all these pages are automatically built by GD without any shortcodes being required. I suggest you add these shortcodes to a test page to see your GD pages:
[gd_advanced_search] [gd_login_box] [gd_cpt_categories] [gd_location_switcher]Add the CPT Categories widget to a GD Home section and adjust the settings so on the CA page it only shows the CA categories: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/widgets/#cpt-cats
Thanks
