You need at least 3 options with the Multirating addon.
You could change the stars to hearts if you like and have 3 off them.

Why not use a GD Custom Post Type for your blog posts?
Then you can add all bells and whistles you like using custom fields etc, and you will get a nice consistency across your site.

Recently the Kleo theme’s update causes a redirect problem on admin-ajax.php pages.
It seems that has not been fixed yet.
