You have added this CSS somewhere:

input[type="email"] {
    background-color: #fff!important;
    margin-top: 10px!important;
}

That is what stops the email field taken on the color #f1f1f1

You cannot have http:// automatically added, also some user will want to use https://

Just a note: I use WP edit on a number of GD sites without any problem at all. So it may be a WP Edit setting or something else.

I am not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to achieve.

You should not put a GD search widget in the Header Right area, that widget area is not really designed for that.
Deleting any custom CSS will move the main menu below the logo and the Header Right area.
Then we can have a look again.
If you want the search centered where it is, you are better to use the GD Home Top section to put the GD Search widget.

Please add your licenses to the GD plugins at https://endoflifepro.org/wp-admin/plugins.php and update all of them.
