Please see the notices in your admin area:
GD Payment Manager V2+ requires additional manual setup steps and for this reason will not be available as an automatic update for some time. Please see the manual update instructions here – GeoDirectory
Thanks
You are still using the old version of the Pricing Manager with the latest version of GD, please see
https://wpgeodirectory.com/payments-manager-v2-setup/Is this the listing?
https://shoprva.com/places/united-states/virginia-1/richmond-1/beauty-body-skin/the-chiffarobe-antiques-and-gifts/Thanks
The menu item is optional, the setting is at GD > Multilocations > Location Settings tab > Show location switcher in menu
If you untick that, then the menu will not be added.
See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/multilocations/#mainThanks
The fact you receive the copy should mean that both are sent, but maybe not received – which may be for heaps of reasons only in control of the recipient [marked as spam etc]
Please install this plugin before sending another Send Enquiry: https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/
If it shows in the email log then it has been sent. Thanks
What is the website URL? And the username and administrator details for the admin area?
And what exactly is not working as intended. Please explain in detail where something is not working, and give the URL of that page too.
And please provide normal FTP access, it will not be possible to access it as you detail. Thanks
You’re welcome 🙂
And possibly the text you need to translate is in the Pricing Manager language file, but I have not checked. See https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/
Thanks
Hi Mark, the correct location is
/wp-content/languages/plugins/geodirectory-en_GB.po
and
/wp-content/languages/plugins/geodirectory-en_GB.moSee https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/
Start with moving the files to the correct location, and then update them as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/updating-your-language-files/
Thanks
With V2 you will not have those tabs anymore.
The Invoicing settings for Stripe will connect with GD if you go to
Invoicing > Settings > Tools tab > Merge Price PackagesThanks
That is just to group your addons which you have because of your GD addons or membership you have.
ThanksPlease post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look if need be.
You should find it at GeoDirectory > Multilocations.
See image at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/multilocations/#installationThanks
Dan, those are Detail pages: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory
If you turn off the sidebar, then the “Edit this post” will no longer be available. Thanks
You’re not stupid Steve, it is just that all documentation is not updated yet now we changed from V1 to V2.
You should have a complementary account at Invoicing: https://wpinvoicing.com/your-account/
Log in with the same username and password you use here and you should find your new addons there. Some useful links [hopefully]:

If you can detail exactly what issues you have with any of the GD plugins, and give us URL, WP admin and FTP details in a private message, we’ll have a look.
You should have a complementary account at Invoicing. Have you tried logging in at the Invoicing site with the same username and password you use here?
If you log in there you should find your copy of the Invoicing Stripe addon. -
