You first need to create a menu at Appearance > Menus.
Then assign that menu as the Main Menu at Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations tab

You have set it up currently to ask for user’s geolocation, but your site is not set up correctly for HTTPS, so geolocation will not work in most browsers.
Also, using the marker cluster on the server side should help, and maybe use the new setting at GD > Design > Map tab > Enable map cache.

You can contact the mail server people of the personal email, and ask them why it is not received.
Or check if there is a bounce somewhere in your sent mail logs from the server that sends the emails.
ThanksThat option has been removed because it does not work for a lot of the options of GD listings. For example using the Quick Edit option would break listing tags, so it has been removed to prevent things like that.
