Those are not FB pages, and they do not have an address.
Try importing https://www.facebook.com/hardrockcafenewyork/
and you will see it adds the address correctly.

What FB page are you importing?

Make sure your MultiLocations addon is activated. Then just import a FB page. The system will transfer the address from FB to your site.

Force upgrade means that they need to choose another package.
If you want users to claim without changing the level of the package, then you should not use “force upgrade”.
