Yes, that seems to be the case.
Please post WP admin details in a private reply, and we’ll have a look at your settings.
ThanksThe issue may be with the type of cache you use: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#w3cache

June 24, 2017 at 11:43 pm in reply to: Need developer to help me create non location specific directory listing #384643This reply has been marked as private. That is not possible. There is no way GD will know the email address of the Owner.
But if you do have the address, you can send a “normal” email. Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.I de-activated your cache, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#w3cache
Zoom level does not work if you have autozoom active, unless you only have one listing on the map.
Thanks
Those are not FB pages, and they do not have an address.
Try importing https://www.facebook.com/hardrockcafenewyork/
and you will see it adds the address correctly. Thanks
Please activate the user you sent us the details off.
Where are you trying to change the zoom level?
Where are you expecting the result? URL please. Thanks
Please provide URL and WP admin details in a private reply, so we can check.
What FB page are you importing?Yes, you should update. Once updated it should show as 2.0.1.
ThanksMake sure your MultiLocations addon is activated. Then just import a FB page. The system will transfer the address from FB to your site.
Please update GD themes and plugins.
Also, your Google API key for that site is not valid, and there is another plugin that is using the Google API. De-activate the other plugin, and create a new API key or fix the one you have.

Remove Time and Special Offers,
De-activate the fields, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#commonPlease review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/ for customizing the search bar.
To have a drop down list of locations, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/multilocations/#main and https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-shortcodes/
Where we have the tag “places” we would like to show our categories (community gardens, care farms, etc) but can’t work out how to change that.
I am not sure what type of page you are talking about without seeing it, so please post a URL and/or screenshot.Change title style
Try adding this CSS, adjust as required. For other CSS changes review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/.entry-header {background: #ccc !important; padding: 15px 0 1px 0;} .entry-header .entry-title {color: black;}You will need to extend your user registration with something like https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/userswp-overview/
which is still in beta, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/userswp-beta-gd-integration-uwp-recaptcha/
That will allow you to add a county list.
To set up Mailchimp, you will need to get support from them. Thanks
Hi Anna, importing a FB listing will auto create the city if it is not in your database yet, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/manage-location/#edit
Thanks
Force upgrade means that they need to choose another package.
If you want users to claim without changing the level of the package, then you should not use “force upgrade”.Thanks
