It is the “WP Add Custom CSS” plugin that is breaking things.
I de-activated it.

Hi Dave, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-is-the-best-way-to-update-the-gd-plugins/
Only update your core GD plugin if you are able to update all your GD addons: GD is only guaranteed to work with the latest version of both core and addons, a mismatch of versions is very likely to lead to problems!
Thanks
That sounds like you are trying to recreate the auto-generated /location/ page.
What you describe should work, if I am understanding it correctly.
If you post your WP admin details and the URL of that page in a private reply, we will check it out for you. ThanksPlease post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will check it out.
We will also need your FTP details.
Thanks. You can do that with changing the language file for the GD core plugin.
Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/Thanks
See https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-disable-reviews/
You have to do the reverse:To ENable reviews go to WP Settings > Discussion and ENable comments.
For listings already in your database you have to ENable comments for each listing, or with a bulk quick edit.I allowed comments for that listing, please check. Thanks
That is not how it works. Listings have to be live on the public end before users can claim them.
Unless you assign the correct user and set them as author, and then allow them access to you admin area. Not tested, but that is how it could work too I think. But normally, you publish them and activate the claim listings addon, so it all happens automatically from the frontend.
Thanks
