Thanks for your post. You can use the franchise manager addon https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/franchise/ to add multiple locations.

As for multiple doctors in a same location, install the marker cluster addon https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/marker-cluster/ and it will look more organized.
