1. This can be done using the export feature as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/
2. There isn’t an option that allows you to deactivate pages but without the search form, they won’t see the search pages. As for archive pages, that can only be opened through categories and tags and you’ll need that.
3. No, it can’t go another way round and would require customization.
