Thanks for your reply. I see the issue now. It seems you’re using the elementor builder for your Archive Item Template and it makes it difficult to adjust using custom CSS. A workaround would be to avoid using elementor builder for your Archive Item Template and adjust the stylings using custom CSS. Would you like to give it a try?

Thanks for your reply. I’ve opened the > Account Button > My Account > I’m able to see the support history link on the sidebar as shown in the attached screenshot. That link should display all your open topics(tickets). Are you not seeing this on your end?
