Hi Scuba,
Thanks for your reply. If it doesn’t work, please share WP temp admin access to your Website so that I could check on it.
Thanks!
Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply. Just tested the login credentials and it seems invalid. Could you double check? Meanwhile, could you try deactivating non-gd plugins one by one and see if it helps? Also, check your cache plugins or server cache.
Thanks!
Hi Andrew,
Thanks for reaching us again. Since GD uses Google Map, are you able to locate it using Google Maps directly? https://www.google.com/maps . Let us know how it goes.
Hi Vegeta,
I’ve just inspected your screenshot and it’s not really clear whats wrong. Could you please share WP admin access in private reply and also the page in question so that we could check further?
Thanks!
Hi Angus,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, this isn’t a known issue and is probably a server related issue. Anyway, you may contact us again if this happens again. Do you need further help?
Thanks!
Hi David,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, this isn’t something that is possible with GD. Feel free to add this to our request list here https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/ . Also, please start a new post your questions in the future.

Hi jedwan,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve just Google it and it looks “http error” is caused by insufficient PHP resources. Try increasing the PHP memory and see if it works.
Thanks!
Hi Markus,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, these can be adjusted using custom CSS. Could you upload your site to a staging URL so that I could take a look at it and provide some custom CSS?
Thanks!
Hi Collin,
Let’s try using this custom CSS code and see if it’s fixes the issue you had there.
.entry-content.entry-summary.sidebar-active.sidebar-right { padding-right: 0px!important; right: 0px!important; } .sd.home .content-box.content-single article.hentry { margin: 0px!important; } .sd .container div.entry-content { margin-bottom: 0px!important; padding: 0px!important; } div#home-scroll { padding: 0px!important; }Thanks!
February 17, 2018 at 2:26 pm in reply to: Change the text that displays on Custom Post Type Selector in Search Bar #418028Hi Ian,
Thanks for your reply. Just played around with it on my end and it looks like achieving what you needed there isn’t possible. But you can try this and see if it’s what you’re looking for.
.gd-search-input-wrapper.gd-search-field-cpt:before { content: "Hello"!important; }Hi Collin,
Thanks for your reply. Could you please share WP admin access in private reply so that we could take a better look at it? Normally we would recommend contacting the plugin author but I’d like to see if it’s something that we could help.
Thanks!
Hi Gary,
I’ve enabled the parent category and it seems to work now. Could you please check?
Thanks!
Hi Gary,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve just searched for a restaurant name and I’m getting results. Check out this link http://ajijictoday.com/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=Ajijic+Tango&snear=&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon= . Could you elaborate a little bit more about the issue?
Thanks!
