Hi Jotomas,
Glad that helped. I’d like you to know that Divi theme is compatible with GD but it takes over design settings, just like all compatible themes. Which means you’ll still need some custom CSS for design related adjustments. I hope this clears it up.
Thanks!

I’ve just taken a look at the screenshot and the category images seem broken. Have you checked on that? Please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can point you to the right direction. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

Hi Worapan,
I’ve just checked your Website and since you’ve installed the “Payments Manager” plugin, this string below has to be translated in the addons https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/
“This is a preview of your listing and its not updated yet.
If there is something wrong then “Go Back and Edit” or if you want to update listing then click on “Publish”.”Thanks!
Hi Sean,
It is actually not that difficult. I’d like you to check out this section of the documentation as it explains how translation works in GD https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/ and once you’ve familiarized with this, you should be able to translate anything you needed there.
Thanks!
Hi there,
I’ve just inspected your po file and it looks like you did not translate the strings yet. Kindly refer to this screenshot for your reference http://prntscr.com/dwt54w

Hi Rachel,
I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Upon inspecting, it looks like there is some sort of script you’ve inserted using the “Header and Footer” plugin as it seems to work when I disabled that plugin. Could you please check on it?
Thanks!
Hi telebek,
Thanks for your reply and I’m sorry for not paying much attention here. Could you please provide FTP access to your server so that we could apply the patch for you?
Thanks!
Hi Telebek,
Thanks for your prompt reply. That’s how it is supposed to work by default since the city, country and region are used together to form up a valid location on the map.
Thanks!
Hi Rachida,
You’ll need to have the “Advanced Search” add-on installed and “GeoLocation” enabled. I’d like you to know that with the recent changes to the browser requirement, you need to enable SSL for your Website if you need “Geolocation” to work. Please check out this reply and see if it helps https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/the-function-of-nearme/#post-256154 . Well, I hope it helps and please let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Could you please update us with the latest WP credentials so that we could check further?
Thanks!
Hi Telebek,
I’ve just checked your Website and everything seems to work fine when I checked on it. I’m able to update and change the address. Do you mind listing down the steps in order to recreate the issue?
Thanks!
