Not unless you move the add listing and location link into another menu. But that theme doesn’t seem to have another menu location.
You could also place them in a sidebar.

Are you sure? Was this problem also coming up before updating? I believe there was a small script conflict in the cache since updating and clearing the cache should have solved the problem.
If this was a bug in the system, you wouldn’t be the only one experiencing it.

the list of 9 doctors looks correct to me and the breadcrumb wasn’t working because you didn’t have the location switcher in place anywhere on your website and it wasn’t able to set a session.
