    Hi,

    no luck, there is probably another plugin in conflict.

    This looks like a live website, we would need to disable all non GD plugins momentarely to see if the problem is in one fo them or if it server related.

    Hi,

    I’m getting this:

    ERROR: The password you entered for the username helpdesk is incorrect.

    Did you just disable W3tc or deleted all it’s files, including those created in wp-content?

    Most of the time only deactivating is not enough to stop it from caching things.

    If you also provide FTP credentials I’ll look into it directly.

    That is correct, if you activate the licences on the sub site, updates will fail.

    Because updates of plugins and themes in multisite is made from the network dashboard, the licence keys must be in the the DB tables of the main website.

    By momentarely, I mean that you can deactivate GD in the main website once the licences are saved. It doesn’t need to stay active.

    Hi,

    Stiofan will be looking this week if it’s possible to tweak that plugin and make it work. It would be nice if we could integrate it with GD Booster too.

    Probably it will take few days before we can fix it, test it and release anything.

    Hi,

    probably this time is better if you upload manually. Next time you should activate (even momentarely) GD and 1 add-on on the main website and enter all licences in geoDirectory >> Auto Update / licencing (it’s important that this is done on the main website of the network.)

    At that point once the licences are saved in the db you can even disable GD and the add-on you activated on the main website and auto updates will work for the entire network.

    Hi,

    if you updated everything and added the licences on both website there is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to auto update next time unless your staging server has problems connecting to our server to download the updates.
