Hi,
I just tested this on your website and I don’t see error pages when selecting a location.
Did you read the documentation or are you trying to set it up as it comes? That could be the problem, GeoDirectory has a lot of options and like every complex application it has a learning curve.
Let us know if you are still having problem with this.
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
if you provide admin credentials again we will have a look. Credentials provided in another topic are no longer working.
Thanks
Hi,
it’s not automatically redirecting me, it does that only if you shared your location when the browser asked for it. You can clear that browser setting, please see here how: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-can-i-clear-geo-location-settings/
However the URL for that page should be http://fitnessguide.at/location/me and it should show the listings that are closer to you.
If you provide credentials in a private reply we will check why there is a missing slash.
Let us know,
Thanks
No it will not, it will only run the upgrade/update script again.
Let us know if it helped,
Thanks
Hi,
I see all your licences active Pam, I’m not sure what problems are you referring to now…
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
If your customers receive this error message, you can turn off the PayPal® Encrypted Website Payments feature in your PayPal account profile.
To Turn Off the PayPal Encrypted Website Payments FeatureLog in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile.
From the Selling Preferences column, click Website Payment Preferences.
In the Encrypted Website Payments section, select Off.
Click Save.GD doesn’t use the encypted button. It’s only needed to protect against the price hack but we have anti fraud protection for that inhouse.
Thanks
Please try to go to GD Tools and run the “Clear all GD Version” utility.
Then go to Plugin and deactivate stripe and activate again.
If that doesn’t work please provide admin credentials in a private reply and we will check.
Thanks
Yes it does, however your developer should know that tags is the default taxonomy for posts only. Custom post type use custom taxonomies.
https://codex.wordpress.org/Taxonomies
These are the terms name for GD taxonomies:
gd_place -> gd_placecategory -> gd_place_tags
gd_event -> gd_eventcategory -> gd_event_tags
gd_hotel -> gd_hotelcategory -> gd_hotel_tagsThanks
You can change that in GD > Design > Map > Default post type search on map.
Thanks
Hi,
that’s not how WPML works, I’m sorry.
Each translation has its own comments.
Thanks
Hi,
this is to show the statistic to listing owners directly on their listing. Not just to track your website on google analytics website. For that you just need to add the tracking code in GD>Google Analytics>Google analytics tracking code.
Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/front-end-google-analytics/
If you follow the documentation with care, it’s not that difficult to set this up.
Thanks
Hi,
the near me button and search in general is not working for me with that theme. I only get the URL changing on his own in the home page:
https://diningout.com.au/#1454994319956-c753e88c-1095
https://diningout.com.au/#1454994320268-2ca9cf71-8c09etc…
Can you please try to enable a wp default theme to quickly test?
Let us know,
p.s. please next time open a new topic rather than posting off topic on a resolved ticket of someone else. THX
FYI, whoop is a theme, not a plugin… Just in case you are making confusion with them.
Hi,
I see your licences expire on February 15, 2017. What I see is that they are inactive though. Meaning you didn’t enter them in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / licencing.
Let us know,
Thanks
