The only home link you have on that page is the logo and does what it should be doing. The home link in the menu is a placeholder that links to # (nothing) and it’s there just to add submenus.

this is not how it works sir. Related listings can only be of the same CPT and can be realted by category or tags only.Anything else will require a customization.

Only listing and review submission will show in activity, all the rest will require a customization.
Both buddypress and GD have a favourite system and there is no way to make them work together. One is to favorite activity posts (buddypress) and one to favourite listings.
Hope it’s clearer now. I believe the best thing to avoid confusion with this is to change the BP favourite word to like/likes or something.

that way you’d broke the system and only allow users to visit single locations. Nobody could visit region or country levels.

did you open a support ticket with the author of that plugin? We don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. Only for GeoDirectory plugins.
