    Let us know if disabling other non gd plugins allows you to find the culprit.

    Hay again,

    I already told you what the problem was. You deleted pages that shouldn’t be deleted and left all permalinks option for GD Pages blank. That broke the system and having broken peramlinks can easily bring strange redirect problems.

    GD Requires those page and if you go to GD Tools you will see that the 1st disagnostic tool is to check if the pages are created and used.

    I’m not sure why you would assume that deleting pages created on install and leaving empty options, would be fine and wouldn’t break the plugin… I’m sorry.

    If you disable registration and disable listing submission, there is no way that someone can hack you through those page.

    Other than offering my assistance, I don’t know what else I can add.

    Hi,

    GD pages are required for the plugin to work, than you can disable features you don’t need using the right options.

    For example, instead of leaving blank the add-listing page or worst deleting it, in GeoDirectory >> Navigation you have an option to disable users from submitting listings.

    That will make the login (unless you have the loginbox widget in use), add-listing, preview and listing success pages not acessible to users and that is the correct way of doing it.

    Whenever you have a doubt, I’d suggest to ask in the forum. We are here for that…

    this add-on will allow you to create prices. You can create a Premium price with better features and reduce/disable features of the free price.

    hi,

    all GD pages options in GeoDirectory >> Permalinks are blank. I’ve fixed them for you and the problem is gone. Only the terms and conditions page can be left blank.

    All other pages (even if not used) are mandatory.

    If they didn’t renew, probably the subscription has been cancelled…

    Was it paid via Paypal? Do you still see the subscription active on the recurring payment dashboard of your paypal account?

    Hi,

    I’ve tried to login, but I got a page saying I was locked out and to ask for unlock instruction via email. I requested instruction for email [email protected] and got this message:

    We received a request to email “[email protected]” instructions to unlock their access. If that is the email address of a site administrator or someone on the Wordfence alert list, then they have been emailed instructions on how to regain access to this sytem. The instructions we sent will expire 30 minutes from now.

    However I haven’t got any email with instructions…

    Can you please disable whatever is preventig me from accessing your dashboard?

    he probably excluded a script from the conactenation list.

    You should find something added in the last option of GD Booster at the bottom of the settings page.
