Hi again,
if there is a difference between Logged in and logged out users, there is a cache somewhere serving different content to non logged in users.
Please try to re enable GD Booster, clear the cache and than disable it.
If that doesn’t help, it must be server side cache.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
I see plenty of errors in the console even on the home page, see image attached.
They don’t seem to be GD related or to any change made on your functions.php
I can’t even log in. It keeps redirecting to an error page.
I can’t even visit the wp-login.php page.
Let us know,
Thanks
HI,
I really don’t understand, please try in spanish. (I will reply in English though)
Thanks
Hi,
this is not possible, it would require 2 separate queries and would slow down the page loading too much.
Please read here for more: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/sort-not-working/#post-112947
Thanks
Just FYI, now it’s time to get the new licence keys (one per add-on) and add them to GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licencing.
Go here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/checkout/purchase-history/ click on View Licences.
Finally click on each “key icon” to get the new keys and add them accordingly in the system.
Thanks
Hi,
you need to click on the key icon to get the new licence for each product.
It is a different key for each add-on or theme.
Please see image attached.
Forget about the old licence key, that is only needed if you haven’t updated to the new system yet.
it will work for few more weeks only.
Thanks
Hi Adyp,
None of the options described are part of GD or the Buddypress integration add-on, they are pure Buddypress options and this is not a support forum for Buddypress.
Please submit your support question about buddypress in the buddypress forums only: https://buddypress.org/support/
Thank you
HI,
I’ll ask to the developers if it is possible and if not too hard to implement it. It will take few weeks though, the list of things under development is pretty long right now.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe this is related to the other issue you reported, that appear to be server errors.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
that appear to be a server error, not an application error. It says:
You may wish to: Check the error logs or Contact Support, but they meant their support. Not ours.
Did you contact them to ask about it?
Thanks
Hi,
there is no such function in GD. If you move the database correctly there is absolutely no reason why that could happen.
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Hi,
please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/multilocations/
Scroll down a bit till you find: Show location switcher in menu.
Thanks
Now the GeoDirectory >> “Auto Updates / Licencing” screen is updated to the new system and you can add the new licence keys for each individual add-on that you can find here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/tkh2015/
What is not clear about it?
Thanks, I’ll let you know as soon as the developers tackled this.
