Maybe in customizer you changed the body background color?

Tried deactivating plugins and it didn’t fix it. Also the network activated plugin don’t seem to be a problem.

Must be at server level. I’ve asked to the developers to follow up.

if you go to wp-admin yuo’ll see this message:

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?

If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

A plugin cannot cause this to happen.

Hi,

I just changed Category listing page title in a demo to : %%category%% %%in_location_single%%

Saved and now I only have the category name when not visiting a location.

If this doesn’t work on your website, please provide a link and admin credentials.

Please double check, you can modifiy page titles too, not just metas.
