    Hi,

    listing pages are archives created via php templates, just like category pages in any wordpress blog.

    They are not a regular page that you can edit from the back end.

    What you want to follow is this doc: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/

    You need to customize geodir-listing.php (make sure to move the template within your child theme as explained in the doc) and add the shortcode (use “echo do_shortcode” function) before the wrapper open action.

    The only solution would be to add with jQuery a “select” empty option.

    This is beyond suport though.

    Hi,

    Whoop allows users to submit images in the main gallery, but images submitted in the reviews remain in the reviews.

    Currently we are not available for custom work and we only consider feature requests if are submitted here and voted by a large number of members.

    Hi,

    if you enter something in the “Near” field, the listings are sorted by distance.

    It’s like searching for listings with a specific custom field, if there are no featured listings with that custom field, they will not be sorted by featured, otherwise it would be misleading for the user.

    If the listings closer to that ZIP are not featured, sorting them by featured would provide an aweful user experience.

    Sorting by rating can only be done in listings pages, not in search pages.

    To use GeoTravel, you will need to have to Genesis framework installed. Get Genesis.

    Genesis is one of the most popular theme framework for WordPress and it is not one of our products. You need to buy it separately.

    do you have a listing preview page? Is it set in GeoDirectory >> Permalinks?

    If you don’t, you can fix that with GeoDirectory >> GD Tools >> GD pages check.

    Hi,

    we changed system, the old licence numbers are not compatible with the new one. Simply buy a new membership with this username, you’ll have to change licences keys anyway in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates.

    make sure you have the “old licence key” in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates.

    Try again to update both add-ons and themes.
