Hi,
to have a field prepopulated with a variable value, you will need a csutom jQuery script.
Here you can see an example of how to autofill a category. This is much easier, because the script is fired as soon as the page is loaded:

In your case, you will need to fire the script after a user change the start date and get the selected date: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11179406/jquery-get-value-of-select-onchange
Then add the 30 days and autofill the end date. This is more complex and we are beyond support.
As far as the title being pre-populated when linked to a business it can be a systematic extra step for the use you are making of this. However we never received complains for events, which is what this is for…

post_latitude and post_longitude are missing. They are mandatory fields.
You can use a tool like this to get them in bulk from a list of addresses: http://www.findlatitudeandlongitude.com/batch-geocode/

users adding their listing is a core feature of the plugin. You just need to activate it in GeoDiretory >> Design >> Navigation.
Show add listing navigation in menu
Allow post type to add from frontend

I’m not sure what you mean by max search options, but we only have one add-on related to search and that is the advance search add-on: https://wpgeodirectory.com/addons/advanced-search-filters/

Now you are using a much larger sidebar in GD page compared to the rest of theme. Either you make the GD sidebars smaller, or you will have to edit the theme to match the same sidebar width in all of your pages.
I’d stick to what Guust suggested, which is to avoid using the list view in a sidebar. You should be using grid only there.
