you are welcome 🙂
Hi,
most probably you didn’t create the app correctly on facebook or you didn’t add the correct app id or secret in the settings page.
Did you follow the docuementation step by step? If you do, there is no reason why it shouldn’t work.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
you haven’t connected the app in your settings page.
Did you follow instruction here correctly? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/
It seems like you missed point 13: Save first and then click Connect Your App.

Thanks

Hi,
there is an autocompleter on that field that should make it easier.
At the moment it is not possible to get the user’s location to be used on that field.
Thanks
Hi,
that is not possible. The location switcher can only redirect you to the location page for the location selected. THat is how it sets the Session that will determine the listings to show after that.
Thanks
Format should PNG with transparency and size should be around 35px X 50px.
Thanks
Hi,
the normal flow is:
1) Click the add listing page sends you the signup page
2) User register and he’s immediately logged in and redirected to the add listing page
3) User add lsiting.
If your users are redirected to the back-end, there must be a plugin or a custom function doing that.
We’d need your admin credentials to tell you more.

Thanks
Hi again,
we did all we could to help you make it work. We can’t debug it any further, have you tried asking for its developer for support?
Have you tried any other plugins that could be working flawlessly without needing us to debug them?
Thanks
Hi,
this was apparently a known issue and it has been fixed. The fix will be availalbe in the next version to be released in the next few days.

For the field added to search filter, did you open and save it before refreshing the page?
Bulk edit listing can be done via Export and re-import: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/
Thanks
October 29, 2015 at 6:46 pm in reply to: How I can display only one record for events lasting several days?? #58436Hi Giuseppe,
at the moment it doesn’t look right because you only have 1 event, however this is how the plugin has been designed. 1 event showing for each reoccurance.
Once you will have more than one recurring events, the events for future dates will go paginated and the issue will disappear.
Thanks
Excellent 🙂 Thanks for letting us know,
