Hi,
if you see a difference between logged in users and logged out users, there is a caching problem. Are you using any caching plugins other than GD Booster?
If yes, please disable and delete all files and folders it created.
If not, please provide admin credentials in a private reply.
Let us know,
Thanks

p.s. in listing claims, did you add any custom post type in : Choose post types for show claim listing link?
The force ugrade options are not complete yet. It shouldn’t be enabled until we release the new payment manager.

Hi Dave,
this is really strange. I’ve disabled all non GD plugins and checked all your settings. Apart from having a fake location : all, Greater London, United Kingdom that you should get rid of, I can’t find anything obvious that could create the duplicate location in the URL for all listings.
Your htaccess file seems correct.
Would you mind also providing FTP and phpmyadmin credentials?
I’ll ask to Stiofan to have a better look. I’m sure he’ll find the issue.
Thanks

HI,
if you had done it correctly, this wouldn’t happen. You still have plenty of images links in your database with http instead of https.
Please provide FTP credentials and we will fix it for you, even though moving a website from http to https has nothing to do with our plugin, nor any of our services.
Thank you
you are welcome. 🙂
That is not an actual page, but if you can remove it with an option, you should be able to remove it with a function too. If the developer of the theme is kind enough to give a little assistance, it can be done…
Thanks
The map info window has just been rebuilt, so I’m not sure if hooks have changed. I’ll ask to Stiofan to let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
what about the GD Add Listing Right Sidebar?
Otherwise you can create a folder named geodirectory within your active theme (or child theme) and paste inside a copy of add-listing.php that you find in geodirectory/geodirectory-templates/. At that point you can modify the template. For example by adding an extra widget area on top of the add listing page before the ###### MAIN CONTENT ###### section.
Thanks
HI,
you should disable geolocation on 1st load in GeoDirectory >> Advance Search.
Thanks
Hi,
the point is that you don’t modify files to do such things. Modifying files means losing all your changes after every update.
Everything can and must be done via theme functions.php using filters and actions.
Here I exaplain several methods https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/custom-theme-fastest-route/#post-39940
This is the kind of pointer we can give for this type for requests.
Thank you
